Equipment Options - Compact Capacity

We are presenting the Compact Capacity option as one of the equipment choices.
For example, we built a warehouse with 19-foot-wide, 7-foot-6-inch-deep, 11-foot-high compartments, 113-pound loads, and 94 compartments. The loads are retrieved by a built-in forklift that is mechanically sturdy. There’s a loading zone, and its system calculates the shortest travel path for picking or storage.
Another example is an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) implemented for a semiconductor wafer manufacturer. The AS/RS handles real-time component storage and retrieval synchronized with manufacturing execution system (MES) signals. It integrates six-axis industrial robotic arms, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for seamless end-to-end material handling.
We also engineered a climate-controlled vertical carousel storage system featuring single-door operator access and an adjacent human-machine interface (HMI) terminal for system monitoring and management.
We have developed some tools to improve inventory/warehouse management.
One such tool is a battery-powered target tracking trolley equipped with proximity sensors and obstacle-avoidance algorithms. It is remotely activated, autonomously follows the operator, and navigates narrow aisles and doors using adaptive pathfinding technology.
Additionally, we manufacture automated guided vehicles (AGVs) with programmable fleet management software, capable of autonomous inventory transport, zoned storage allocation, and dynamic route optimization within the warehouse environment.
