Heterogeneous System Integration
We employ a heterogeneous system integration approach, utilizing system-on-chip (SoC) architectures and field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) to interface and synchronize multiple operating systems within a unified control platform.
This involves direct interconnection of application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), microcontrollers, and peripheral I/O modules, enabling seamless cross-domain communication between analog, digital, and RF subsystems.
We achieved interoperability by integrating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Warehouse Control System (WCS), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Bill of Materials (BOM), and real-time inbound, outbound, and inventory tracking modules via standardized industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, and RESTful APIs.
For secure data exchange, we implemented middleware for API orchestration, synchronized SQL/NoSQL databases, integrated RFID/NFC card readers for multi-factor identity authentication, and utilized Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) for Active Directory credential management.
We skillfully optimized the production process across various sectors, reducing operational errors, redundancy, and signal latency while enhancing real-time synchronization throughout the process.
