The Graphical Monitoring Visual System is an industrial visualization platform designed for lean warehouse management and operational excellence. It employs SCADA-based graphical interfaces, color-coded status indicators, and real-time Andon boards to visualize workflow metrics. Primary objectives include Gantt chart-based progress monitoring, KPI dashboards to track throughput and downtime, and root cause analysis to enable rapid problem resolution.
The Graphical Configuration delivers a dynamic facility layout diagram that integrates live telemetry from PLCs and IIoT sensors to display real-time asset utilization and equipment status across warehouse zones.
The Configuration Diagram visualizes bin-level storage status—empty, reserved, or locked—using occupancy sensors and WMS integration. It also displays warehouse utilization states such as running, downtime, idle, or scheduled maintenance, synchronized via MES data feeds.
The Dashboard System provides operator-facing HMI panels with real-time KPI visualization, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics, and event-driven alerts. Data aggregation enables immediate root-cause diagnosis and real-time updates on inventory, equipment health, and process bottlenecks.
