    Our system began by sorting inbound items using a modular data visualization platform, followed by mapping them to their locations in the warehouse and in data storage.

    Then, automated vision inspection and rule-based optimization modules performed SKU grouping, dynamic load balancing, and transport using overhead gantry cranes, battery-powered rack-traversing platforms, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and shuttle rack systems with real-time PLC coordination.

    Embedded system enhancements include an industrial content management system (CMS) and a modular data visualization platform with SCADA integration and OPC UA connectivity.

    Data visualization exists for each of the order management systems, warehouse execution systems, warehouse management systems, and logistics information systems.

    The order management system receives input from legacy systems. The warehouse control system then handles planning, control, and monitoring. Closed-loop data feedback enables continuous process optimization and cross-system synchronization, supporting real-time parameter tuning across OMS, WCS, and WMS environments.
