Inventory & Warehouse Automation (1) Battery Operated Transport Platforms; (2) Twin-Systems Empowered with AI-Driven Inspection & Optimization

On behalf of Bellspring Automation, we are pleased to present information about our products and services in the areas of AI-driven inventory, warehouse, and logistics automation. As a dedicated contributor to the global supply chain, Bellspring Automation is committed to revolutionizing your operations through the design and construction of advanced industrial automation lines, equipment, and systems.

Over the past decade, we have focused our investments towards improving space and energy efficiency of warehousing and logistics. One of our flagship products, a series of battery-operated rack-traversing-robots/platforms, stands out in innovation of item storage and retrieval. This system is complemented with embedded AI-driven inspection and optimization, which ensures an efficient and intelligent workflow within your facility.

Furthermore, we designed and built twin-systems empowered with AI to interchangeably run operations 24/7 to maximize the operational consistency and reliability. The twin system is not appreciably more complex to operate. The backup items include:

(1) The access vehicle is driven by dual motors allowing it to be used at reduced speed even when a motor is damaged.
(2) The lift of the access car is driven by double chains, similarly, allowing use at reduced speed when a single chain is damaged.
(3) The main control computer adopts dual hard disk backup, and dual host backup is optional.
(4) The workstation computer does not require pre-installed software, and there is no restriction on the computer operating system.
(5) The transport path is designed with a double path to avoid damaged equipment or paths causing blockages.
(6) The use of servo systems and lifting counterweights in access vehicles to save approximately 30% of power demand compared to induction motor systems and winch lift models.

(7) In an access vehicle driven by dual motors, the total rated current of the two motors is lower than that of an equivalent single motor.

(8) Dual motor transmission efficiency is higher than that of a reducer driven by a single motor.

(9) The machined lifting guide rails of the access car offer better tolerances than welded guide rails, resulting in lower friction and higher transmission efficiency.

(10) In addition to the first-in-first-out function, the storage and transport algorithm assigns heavy objects to lower shelf locations closer to the entrance.

(11)  The software will automatically rearrange the storage locations according to the access frequency of each material in the database, reducing the transportation distance of frequently incoming and outgoing materials.

(12) Software includes a night tally function and considers off-peak electricity prices to reduce transportation costs.

At Bellspring Automation, our solutions are designed not only to meet your current requirements, but also to ensure competitiveness against future industry demands. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss how our solutions can be tailored to address your specific business needs.
