It's a system that efficiently handles the capping process of a packaging operation. Bottles are firmly held by custom molded starwheels ready for capping. Four cap-feeding devices automatically feed both the inner caps and outer caps to be ready for pressing down and screw tightening actions. Double conveyors move forward two lines of bottles from one station to the next.

This is a capping system that combines speed and precision in feeding and press-capping the inner caps, and feeding and screw-capping the outer caps.

With a customized cap-feeder, this capper tightens caps according to the torque level you want.

It automatically uploads caps and places them onto the jars and smoothly moves them forward to be pressed down and torqued tightly.

From cap feeding to capping, this system caps bottles in a straight line with good speed. Its safety housing enhances operation safety and dust prevention.
