This line is built with a row of 12 diving nozzles that continuously takes turns to fill 2 rows of empty bottles. It can be adjusted to fill a wide range of products from 150ml to 1000ml. For small products, a rotating corkscrew conveyor keeps bottles in place during filling and allows them to move in an orderly fashion. The capping machine accommodates pump caps, ordinary screw caps, and push-pull caps. The capper allows for a fixed torque value to be set when capping bottles.

This line is built with 2 rows of 12 nozzles each, which enables filling of different bottle sizes at the same time. This line begins with a bottle unscrambler that quickly sorts and positions bottles. A transparent housing covers both the filler and the capper to prevent contamination. The capping machine simultaneously applies two caps: one for the bottle and the other for the measuring cup. The cap feeder also flips lids, so they are placed right-side up. Sensors that can detect and reject defective bottles are added to enhance the quality control.

Capable of bottle and cap sizes ranging from 270ml to 4000ml, this line still achieves an output of 50 bottles per minute. The labeler holds the larger jugs in place during labeling and is equipped with an infeed gate to keep products from entering too early. The capping machine is equipped with a sensor that prevents unwanted bottle jams during operation. The labeler and filler have their own touchscreen control panel.

The central design of this line is to quickly and precisely insert sprayer pumps. The capper is made with two claws that grasp cap threads without contacting the pumps. The capper also grasps the straw, and precisely fits the cap and straw onto the bottle. The filling machine is equipped with diving nozzles to prevent detergent foaming and overflow.

We built an 8-nozzle filling line to quickly fill each 3.78-liter bottle. To ensure a visually consistent filling level, we used an overflow filling technique. We reinforced the structure of the conveyor and guide rails to support the heavy weight throughout operation. Furthermore, we added a set of gripping rollers to secure the bottle for precisely centered labeling.

To handle 6 different bottles ranging from 150ml to 1000ml, we designed and built this line for flexibility. It’s built with a touchscreen control panel to give operators easy maneuvering. Due to high sodium and protein content of soy sauce, diving nozzles are used to minimize foaming during filling. Calibration time needed for changing bottle and cap sizes is minimal. This line consistently produces 6000 bottles daily.

With two sets of six filling nozzles, twelve bottles can be filled in a single round. All contact areas are made of food-grade, anti-corrosion materials. Touchscreen control panel enables easy maneuvering. The machine is capable of automatic cap-feeding and capping using ROPP caps. The last station of this line is a wrap-around labeling system.
