We designed a line able to sort, separate, and count tea bags before inserting the bags into bottles. The automatic operation starts with air rinsing the bottles, then inserting tea bags, filling water into the bottles, and feeding caps before proceeding to capping and labeling stations.

This line’s filling machine is made with strictly food-grade materials on all parts and accessories that contact ingredients. A double-sided labeler also prints expiration dates. Caps already have seals inside, allowing the capper to directly apply and heat-seal in a single process. The bottle rejection system removes any improperly sealed bottles.

Besides filling, cap-feeding, capping, and labeling, this line includes a sealing function that seals each jar with a layer of plastic film. It is equipped with a seal quality inspection sensor that removes improperly-sealed jars. By using a star-wheel, jars are positioned precisely so there are no bottle jams or spills.

Precise insertion of glass pipettes is one of the focal designs of this automatic packaging line. This system uses a star-wheel with custom sockets to execute filling, cap-feeding, and capping with extreme precision. The capper utilizes interval filling to reduce production time. This model comes with an SSR control system to keep the heated knife at a consistent temperature so to guarantee precise cutting.
