Line connects a 12-nozzle piston filler with a cap feeder followed by a capper and a double-sided labeler. A similar line can be customized to handle a wide range of liquid products in food,beverage, pharmaceutical, skincare, cleaning supplies, chemical industries.

It’s a fully automatic inline system starting from rinsing, filling, to capping. Overflow filling gives visually consistent level for transparent bottles. Built with user friendly PLC/HMI control system with color touchscreen. All components meet cGMP highest standard for quality and longevity.

The filler effortlessly handles products of low to medium viscosity with flexibility for a wide range of container sizes. The capper continuously screw tightens the caps with steady torque level. The label applicator applies label from the side onto each bottle with precision and in a fast speed.

This line is designed to fill and cap oval bottles containing viscous detergent. Multiple filling nozzles and dual-track conveying fluently maintain continuous production in high speed. Piston pumps combined with overflow technique guarantees each bottle is filled to the visually same level. The capping system includes an automatic cap-feeder followed up with a capper to screw tight each bottle.

Filling & capping 2ml vials of essential oils. Extremely fast and precise. It utilizes a star-wheel molded with specific sized pockets to securely hold the small sized vials. Comes with servo motor driven system and PLC/HMI w/ color touch screen for easy maneuver.
